As the product name suggests, this organic syrup is perfect for making caramel dipped apples, and great for baking because it is very heat stable. For a true taste treat, here are a couple of suggestions when preparing to enjoy our organic caramel dip on a juicy apple. Heat the caramel topping in a warm water bath up to about 90 degrees. This will make it easier to submerge the apple in the caramel. (The visualization is almost as good as the actual eating!)
